Unifying belt vowels
A slide up a fifth on a bright "ya", then down the scale on "oo". From Kevin Michael Jones (after Jeannette LoVetri and Joan Lader): one belt colour across every vowel.
How to do it
- Slide up bright; tongue tip behind the lower teeth.
- Come down on "oo" keeping the same brightness.
- Later, change the top vowel: eh, ee, oh, oo.
Remember Same colour, any vowel.
